If you paid for the stamps you will still get them even if the listing has been removed.Seller will get a message to ship the items out but she/he cannot sell anymore stamps

You have absolutely nothing else to do.You have the tracking # You traced the tracking, ( Delivered and Signed)The rest is His/Her job to do some leg work.The very samething happened to me, ebay solved everything over the phone
