Ok so Covid means no phone support. No Live Chat support. Only email which says they will respond within 24 hours but it has taken days and sometimes they never respond. It is even hard to get to the email support option. This is frustrating-I see pe...
I sent an item in a timely manner. Tracking showed sent to next facility and stayed there over a month in limbo.Customer opened a case, Ebay did not respond to my email help requests. I had to refund full amount to customer before the 3 days were up....
Ebay has made it very difficult to resolve an issue. No longer can you call, no chat feature, only email and they are not responding. Very poor customer service, the current situation should not have affected their ability as support works from home....
