I sent an item in a timely manner. Tracking showed sent to next facility
and stayed there over a month in limbo.Customer opened a case, Ebay did
not respond to my email help requests. I had to refund full amount to
customer before the 3 days were up....
Ebay has made it very difficult to resolve an issue. No longer can you
call, no chat feature, only email and they are not responding. Very poor
customer service, the current situation should not have affected their
ability as support works from home....
I had to do that because Ebay had no support. I needed them before not
after the fact. So once it was after the fact they then responded and
closed the case. Nice.
It is actually non-existent. Like I said, phone support does not need to
be in a brick and mortar building. No reason why the virus should
inhibit someone at home on a laptop with access to accounts.
