Ok so Covid means no phone support. No Live Chat support. Only email which says they will respond within 24 hours but it has taken days and sometimes they never respond. It is even hard to get to the email support option. This is frustrating-I see people talk about Facebook but I don't see a group for support there. I also for the life of me do not see why the phone support should be shut down. Most support like that is people working from home anyway. Same with Live Chat. Supposedly buying and selling has ramped up and so have the problems I know this first hand. So a multi billion dollar company can't figure out how to let employees give support at home at a time when their company is profiting the most? How do I get any support, any suggestions? The only support I seem to get from this company is this company's customers. We do all the work buying and selling, they provide the platform how hard is it to figure out a decent support system? Am I out of line here?

This one, I think they said it was delivered a month after it was supposed to be delivered.
You are right, there are some buyers taking advantage of the situation.

EBay has chosen to make telephone support very limited at this time. I would guess this to be profitable.

If it's about that refund you had to make and the package finally got delivered, calling Ebay won't do any good.
That case is closed and there isn't anything Ebay will do.
Your only option is to contact the buyer and see if they'll repay or send the item back, with you paying the return shipping.

Wait until You have an issue with PayPal. You get waylayed in "messages" and half the time the agents act like they cannot see your text (E.G., "Hello, this is Rennuka, I read Your issue and will do my best to help You... please verify your phone number... are You still there?... It looks like you stepped away from our conversation. Considering you being away from the chat window, I will be pausing this chat. Please resume the chat when you get back so that we can continue the conversation... Hello, this is Nurhitta, I read your issue and will do my best to help You... "), for over four fookin hours the first time, account "inaccessible" for over a week.
In short, I have had had PayPal for nearly 20 years. Settings have been the same, with addition of another bank card and savings account 6 years ago. I added funds from my bank on the 14th and on the 26th, I went to transfer more. I could not. It said there was an issue and needed to contact support. I tried again with a lesser amount. No dice. I tried again for $1. Same result.
First time, agent told me that I had changed my number.
---Ummm, no I didn't. I did however delete an old address the day after being denied a transaction.
"Maybe that was what triggered security"
---I highly doubt that me deleting my old address the day after being denied a transaction, was what caused the transactions' denial the previous day. Figure out what happened to my account and what my number was changed to...
"xxx-xxx-xxxx"
---No, that is my number, same cell number I have for the past 1X years. But they're end showed changes?
In between the first and last time, I contacted both my banks. No problem on their end. A couple message sessions with agents and let me tell you, You might be typing, uploading files, refreshing the page, whatever, a box will still pop up saying you're going to be logged out. Like every 3 minutes.
A week later, after countless agents pretending I wasn't answering or couldn't see my responses, I got one that knew something other than how to infuriate a tense customer in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1, I tried again from both banks. Still nothing...
... **bleep** it! Lost that agent cause the page logged me out... and I just* told the time-out warning to keep me logged in a minute ago. **bleep**!!!
Back to square one, burka durka is saying they read the transcripts and understand that I am having problems making a payment...
---NO! I AM HAVING PROBLEMS ADDING FUNDS TO MY PAYPAL...
"You do know you don't need funds in your paypal account..."
---If you read the transcript you would know I already told 15 agents I know I don't need funds in my paypal account...
"May I ask what You intend on doing with the funds you are adding?"
Oh man, twice before I had foreign agents try and play financial advisor with me, two after that inquired about what I planned to do with my money...
**bleep** is going on here? You are correct. The world is shutting down and they just haven't found the main switch yet. Everyone is hurrying to buy all they can of anything that is on the shelves and no one wants to help anyone, cause it just doesn't matter anymore.
Me, I am happy to see ripe vegetables at the supermarket instead of ones picked 3 weeks early and waxed 10 times. I will die happy with that thought like Homer Simpson.

Until the covid terror the concierge phone help line worked great, now it is gone and we are left with virtually no help at all. My account was hacked 2 days ago and I am getting no support whatsoever from ebay. Sad
