Anyone else having problems when listing in the "Preferences" Section (payments/returns)?

I tried listing both on my phone and on computer. When it gets to the "Preferences" section which includes payment methods and return policy, there are a LOT of options to choose from. I have a choice of 30 return policies and 9 choices of payments!

Tried to list an item - shows $1 Seller Fee will be charged - did not check Stand Out W/Bold Title
