Anyone else having problems when listing in the "Preferences" Section (payments/returns)?

I tried listing both on my phone and on computer.  When it gets to the "Preferences" section which includes payment methods and return policy, there are a LOT of options to choose from.  I have a choice of 30 return policies and 9 choices of payments!

Anyone else having problems when listing in the "Preferences" Section (payments/returns)?

I noticed some of my 2-day handling was switched to 1-day also.  Will have to go through all my listings and double check every one.
