What should I do if eBay Customer Service has issued a "final decision"
that I will not get a refund for an item? The tracking information shows
that the item was delivered to my address, but I never received it. I
think the best thing I can reluctan...
"Rules"? Does anybody really know what the rules are (including the so
called customer service folks)? It would seem the rules either don't
exist or they are inconsistently applied. I've been burned both as a
seller and a buyer by "customer service"....
