Sold a small book then found that it had gotten wet in my basement storage area and I canceled the order and refunded the seller and told them what happened. Now I get a negative from him. The sale was never completed, how can they give any feedback ...

I am enrolled in the Global Shipping Program and just sold a book to a buyer in Brazil and eBay wants me to send them an invoice when they normally do all the invoicing. Did something change recently?

Just to let you know, eBay removed the negative feedback as not following eBay policy. Guess you can't leave feedback once a refund is given as no actual transaction took place.

I think the problem was I didn't have the dimensions of the Priority Mail shipping box listing in the posting. With the new shipping regulations, that has to be included and this was an older listing that was not updated.
