Are you asking about all the doll clothing? You wouldn't be able to combine those, they've all ended.
And on GSP orders sellers can't send invoices for any reason.
If it's worth it, you can Cancel all those listings, then create one new listing with everything combined, as long as they are the same category (Dolls & Bears> Dolls clothing & access).
Relist at a very high Buy It Now/Best Offer price, then have GSP buyer make an offer for the actual total sold price, so no one else can buy it.
Otherwise, each order will have to ship separately.
It used to be possible for buyers to add items to their Carts and eBay would combine them for GSP purposes before they paid, but I'm not sure that even works anymore.
