Global Shipping Program will not send an invoice to an overseas buyer.

I am enrolled in the Global Shipping Program and just sold a book to a buyer in Brazil and eBay wants me to send them an invoice when they normally do all the invoicing.  Did something change recently?

AFAIK, the GSP does send the buyer an invoice, which includes the international shipping plus the customs/fees/etc.  Perhaps Brazil, for whatever reason is not included in that purchase?

I think the problem was I didn't have the dimensions of the Priority Mail shipping box listing in the posting.  With the new shipping regulations, that has to be included and this was an older listing that was not updated.

Thanks for the reply.  All of my listings include the dimensions of the box I will be using, so it didn't occur to me that other sellers may not have included this information.
