I have several items that I have printed a label for and shipped and
they won't go away from "awaiting shipment". Even if I use the drop down
arrow and click "mark as shipped", still there. Ugh
After printing a label for items that have been paid for, they stay in
my "awaiting shipping" page. Can't even "mark as shipped". They are
still there.
Someone said to print from Paypal (like I used to) but the payment does
not show up there if customer paid with a credit card. I do scroll all
the way down and the option for Parcel Select is not even grayed out.
