Does ebay actually investigate buyers that the seller reports ? I've had
a buyer return a item that they damaged and is wanting a full refund.
I've reported the buyer and have heard nothing.
What do you think about ebay letting buyers request a return 2 months
after the auction ended ? Plus you can have "no returns" in your
settings and buyers can still request a return and get it.
When did ebay make it automatically default to free shipping ? I had
several auctions end tonight and some had free shipping. I listed them
the same night and shipping wasn't free.
WOW ebay really screwed me on this. Buyer returned the item damaged and
missing parts and I have no choice but to refund his money. I'm just
