Just sold a $4k piece of computer equipment, when I went to shipping
labels there was no option for adding insurance! What happened? It gave
me the option of "declared value" of a $1000...If shipment is damaged
I'm out $3K and that's IF they pay out ...
No I went through the eBay help and requested an agent, first time I
asked them to call me. Phone never rings but I get a missed call
message, then I call them and get the message above!
