How did ebay send through a buyer from outside the US? I have never sold
outside the US in 13 yrs. Is iteBay's greed? I thought this was going to
a buyer in Miami. Now I've received pics. of broken goblets.
I do not understand why half the time " Send an Offer" to a potential
buyer doesn't appear on the menu.How can we expect to make a sale if we
can't send an offer. Crazy!!!
