A buyer returned an item ebay sent me a message to refund the buyer as

I have items with hundreds of views which started 2-3 weeks ago and my
sales has decreased by 50%.So its not helping sales, and the other thing
its all summer things.I really think its decreasing visibility thats why
sales tanked.
The crazy part is when someone wants to apply for a passport and have
their picture taken.To complete this process takes a minimum 30mins. The
line is out the door, people are steaming and plotting how to get even
