need help identifying copper figurehead

this is a very large and unusual piece. This thing is 15"x15"x11" and weighs about 17 lbs.The only marlings is a plate on backside of chin with NADLP69 stamped in it.Any help in identifying this item or a place to start would be helpfull Thanks Art

This is a copper head with ram horns and the only ID marks on it is a plate on the backside of the chin with NADLP69. the head is much bigger than a mans head and weighs alot. any help on this as to where I can begin would be greatly appreciated, Art
