Hi there!A large frame picture was damaged during shipping through UPS.
I'm having trouble filing a claim. UPS says I must file through ebay,
and ebay says I must file through UPS. Has anyone had success with
claims for broken items?
When I list items with the Buy It Now or Best Offer choice...I'm
noticing more and more that the "Best Offer" fields are blank when I
recheck them. Has anyone else had this problem....I think it's a glitch.
As a seller I see the decline, I think the only things worth listing are
