chat feature not working!!

Their chat feature on eBay keeps telling me there is a 1-minute wait. That minute is now 50 minutes. I can not get through by phone to chat. I need help and no one to help anymore. What happened to eBay?

call back phone feature says it can't reach me

My phone number is correct and they keep saying I did not answer. This has never happened before. All of my information is correct. been selling on here for 17 years. Also, we can no longer call eBay direct!

email not coming through

Email is not coming through consistently that I sold an item. sold 4 items 3 wound up in my trash and 1 never came through. Never had this problem till the payment changed from PayPal to eBay's own.
