How can I block MESSAGES

I already blocked the buyer who has been just nasty calling me a scammer, that I am selling a false profuct.  I told him to ask eBay back for his money since he is making this all up.

Now he is messaging me 3x an hour instead of asking eBay for his money, harassing me. I can't see any way to block his messages. Can someone tell me how to? I have been selling on here since 2004, 17 years and 5 months and 3 days of happy customers. Thank you in advance.

The buyer should start the "not as described" return process through eBay, and you would then provide a return label and refund after you receive the item back. Tell the buyer to open a return request in their purchase history.

Alternatively, you can simply send the return label on your own and see what you get back. But don't send a refund up front unless you don't want the item returned.

There is no way to block communications from an actual purchaser. When you add them to your blocked buyer list, they won't be blocked until 90 days from purchase.

You can report the buyer here for excessive messaging or harassment.
