I received an email this morning that 4 chairs I bought last year are
not safe to use. Ebay states to contact "Help and Support", but there is
nowhere to email or talk to someone about this. What should I do about
these chairs, which the email says a...
The problem is the seller is no longer active (despite having 4.2K
feedbacks), so I am not able to find who the manufacturer is. I guess
I'll just have to take the loss and give Ebay a negative feedback for
emailing me, only to give me the run around...
