How many have had any experience with this policy? Sold / shipped an item Dec 1st 2020. Message to buyer from ebay, "Estimated delivery Dec 4th" . Because of USPS slowdown, no delivery. On Dec 5th, buyer open a "non delivery" case. ebay locks my bank...
