My eBay Store featured categories were cut from 6 to 4.

All 6 are still on my EDIT STORE page but only 4 show up in store view.How does that help anybody?

Buyer says CD has damaged case - 7 weeks after delivery

Asks for an undamaged item or a full refund. Gotta wonder about the long delay.But no question on refunding a $12 item which buyer negotiated down to $9.DONE!But is it OK to block suspicious buyers like this?

78 cent shipping labels ?

Listed some old postcards -- nothing special -- $1.99 each mailed in a standard 1st class letter envelope with a shipping fee of 78 cents. Sold a few and eBay lists the 78 cent shipping charge in the details and bills the customer, but there's no lab...
