Ordered 2 of one item. Seller never shipped or had product. Requested
refund, took forever, received refund but only for partial or 1 of two.
Wont respond to request of other half. Which direction do i go to get
other half.
Trying to buy a piece of heavy construction equipment. To different
times on two different items I've asked seller to provide a VIN. Number.
They won't do it. Shouldn't eBay require. Just to make sure it's not a
scam or stolen.
Yes listed on eBay. But even with eBays guaranty policy my opinion it's
not worth bidding. With the mountains of selling policies that eBay
should have, that's one should be standard with selling cars, heavy
equipment,etc.
