Ordered 2 of one item. Seller never shipped or had product. Requested refund, took forever, received refund but only for partial or 1 of two. Wont respond to request of other half. Which direction do i go to get other half.
Did you file an item not received case with eBay? If not, and it 30 days or less from the last given delivery date, do so. If it's too late and you paid by credit card, contact your card company.
