"Watched Item Reminder" - is there any way to stop this from popping up? I honestly thought that the purpose of "watching" something was so I might bid on it.Among the many annoyances on ebay, this is one of the most obnoxious.

I paid, but did not receive.I asked ebay for a refund, and stated (twice) that I had used a gift card for the purchase. I stated that the gift card was NOT-reloadable, so the refund would have to go to my paypal account.Needless to say, ebay refunded...
