Seller was very late shipping item. I got an ebay refund and now, 1 month later the item arrives in

Bought music cd, 3 weeks waiting got an ebay refund, cd arrived today 5 weeks later. Do I send item back to seller or pay ebay back the refund?

I dislike new format on myebay pages used to have 4 little icons to see right away whats done.
