normally when you outbid someone it shows up green print, outbid is red
print. This normally takes less than a minute when I refresh the page.
Now, my winning bids are shown as outbid even after I refresh the page.

I agreed for ebay to use charge my PPal acct to pay for my item Im
bidding on if i win. Is this agreement for the one item or do they plan
on charging my ppal everytime I win another auction. If so how do I
cancel their ability to pay for my items?
Ebay requiring me to let them pay for my item otherwise I cannot bid. Is
this a one time, one item i bid on thing or if I agree are they going to
pay for all future items won? This is very lame, I pay everytime 10 plus
years on ebay.

Ebay does not trust that youre going to pay for the item. I've had this
happen to me also. I just wont buy from sellers that require ebay to pay
for my item. Simple enough. Lost Sales for Ebay.
I agree, autopay is total bull ship. I'm very reluctant to buy anymore
and if I do its one item from one seller, usually pick the most desired

I miss ebay bucks, I know it has been discontinued for a few years at
least. It was nice as a buyer to get to buy an extra collectable. Maybe
they will start again someday.
