Shipped item changing back to "not shipped" status.

Has anyone seen a shipped item being changed back to not shipped by Ebay? I shipped the item, the tracking number was added, it changed the status to "shipped", it disappeared from my Awaiting Shipment list, and then a few hours later showed up in Aw...
