i sent a power supply and usps lost it for 10 days so i had to send her another one she finally got it but now she got 2 and will not respond to return it.

i bought shipping envelopes on oct 11th and he said it was shipped but no movement on tracking number and is going to be a month before i see it i contacted the company and the owner was rude and said you will get it when you get it what should i do ...
