we sellers make. They negotiate with shipping services for discounts so
they can also negotiate for better service- if they want to.

Thanks but I have always had this setting on "3 days" to combine
shipping, the lowest possible time period. I have never clicked on 10 or
14 days so it is a mystery how this one seller was given that privelege.
