Damask is a fabric in which the pattern is formed by the weaving.   Usually it's one color.   Is the white pattern raised on your material?  It just looks like a print in the picture.

I don't think the dress fabric looks like damask either.  Rather than the pattern actually being woven into the fabric, so double sided raised and reverse, it does look more like a printed fabric.

 

Since damask isn't a pattern, you wouldn't identify that pattern with the damask name.

They kind of look like leaves. No big deal. I may just say floral and heart design.
