Sent $3000 item by USPS to South Korea on Dec 26. It takes average 50-70
days to get there. Buyer opens case on Jan 15, ebay refunds them on Jan
18. Item was delivered yesterday. ☺ I can't even collect insurance now.
Call ebay, they basically tell me...
It was multi-quantity listing started out with GSP, but was selling very
slow in US only. After removing GSP, sold off within 3 weeks mostly
international without any issues. $3000 shipment was insured so I was
not worried.
The reason case was allowed to be opened and closed is becasue ebay
estimated that delivery takes 7 -10 days based on the info they got from
their "bottom". And there's no way proving them otherwise.
