I just had this happen again today and it seems to be endemic. I have
probably actually asked to cancel a purchase once or twice in a quarter
century, but have had many sellers claim "buyer requested" on
cancellations when it was the seller who could...

From the home page banner ad. Anybody else scratching their head over

I just removed PayPal as the preferred payment source for eBay on PayPal
following your instructions. Now it seems it's back to the old format.
