Not searching, and need to report technical issue

The top left hand search options are not functioning. I can't search. None of the options turn from gray to black when hit- so no search by aution, buy it now or all formats. Need report this to ebay, how do you report a technical issue? Thanks

Shipping label service is only printing Flat Rate Envelope labels

Hi, this is a weird thing- ,my last 3 shipping labels were Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope labels, even though I had Parcel Select or Priority Mail options only, in the ads. Two of the packages were for 5 to 8 pounds- not what the Flat Rate Envelope...

Seller claimed shoes were in great condition, sole fell off.

What do you think eBay community? I bought walking shoes for $19.95 including shipping. Seller stated they were in great condition. After 2 days of walking and shopping, the soles fell off- peeled away. Seller will not grant a refund.
