I used promoted listings, and sold some items that do not yet max out my
$30 quarterly credit. However, on my July statement I received a charge
for the promoted listings. It was not credited back. Since it's a

I do not see Codeless Coupon. I have a basic store; is this a feature
for the higher level stores only? I would like to do the same thing.
