Promoted listings coupon

Last January I received an email with a link to activate the quarterly $30 coupon for promoted listings, included with my store.  I have received nothing since,  except,  a survey asking why I stopped using the program.  Is the coupon located somewhere else and I am just not seeing it?  Thank you.

Re: Promoted listings coupon

I used promoted listings, and sold some items that do not yet max out my $30 quarterly credit.  However, on my July statement I received a charge for the promoted listings.  It was not credited back.  Since it's a quarterly coupon, is the final promoted listing fee credited back quarterly or is it supposed to happen monthly until you use up the $30?  I need to know whether I have an error or need to wait for a quarterly end.

Exactly one of the reasons I do not use Promoted Listings.

Having to keep an eye on eBay to actually truthfully do what they say they're going to do is NOT a seller benefit ... it's an annoyance.
