Had a customer from Spain stated to cancel transaction since EIS (Old
GSP) did not charge the buyer Customs/Tax/Duty to the order nor did it
show on his receipt. Anyone hear about this before? It was a $600 sale

shows NO scans this includes No scans of USPS tracking number. Checked

Question does anyone know why similar items - Same categories same
manufacturer but one is excluded from EIS and the other is not. Seen
this happen for Australia and Germany.
I assume that OP is just circumventing paying sales tax when it comes to
Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Offer up based on direct peer to
peer transactions.
