Need some guidance here. Buyer bought an item and it was shipped the
next day. A week later I received an email from Ebay saying they
cancelled the sale for security reasons, however I already shipped the
item so Ebay said I'm covered. Buyer opened a...
I called customer service and was transfered to the payment dispute dept
and the rep claimed even if the bank sides with the buyer i would be
covered under seller protection since the buyer was removed as high risk
and is no longer a registered Ebay ...
