Buyer claimed my item was open & sent photos of the top of package cut
open- My photos clearly show the top ( and bottom sealed) why does ebay
even allow a case to be open?
I'm confused- The payout total looks like it includes what buyer paid
for shipping- If I sell something for a Friend & give them the total- am
I paying for the shipping out of my pocket?
it Looks like fees are going up is this true ? And $12 a mo. just to be
a basic seller ? I don't understand whats happening in May? I'm really
confused.
