When try to submit a Best Offer, first click gives me this pop up:

Can I list men's briefs that have been washed but never worn? I bought a
package of Stafford white briefs for my husband, opened and washed them,
only to find he wanted to change to boxer briefs. Hence, these are
unworn.
If a buyer purchases several listings at the various listed BIN prices
and when sending an invoice, I knock some off the total price, is FVF
charged on the BIN price or the actual amount paid? I know that the s/h
and taxes amount paid is charged FVF.
Why is local pickup showing on some of my listings though that option
was (and is) NOT checked on any listing of mine except for the Dish Set?

I have a buyer who purchased an item of mine for $1.00 via the Send an
Offer option, I typically end listing prices with 99 cents and then send
offers ending in 98 cents, so I can easily tell if the item was
purchased via the list price or an offer. ...
My biggest frustration with the new listing format is the inability to
crop photos after uploading them to the listing. I can rotate photos,
lighten or darken them, remove background, but no way to crop that I can
find. Is there something I'm missing...
