If a buyer purchases several listings at the various listed BIN prices and when sending an invoice, I knock some off the total price, is FVF charged on the BIN price or the actual amount paid? I know that the s/h and taxes amount paid is charged FVF.

FVF is charged on what the buyer actually pays. But there is no option to "knock some off the total price".  You could adjust the shipping and handling fee.

FVF is on the actual amount paid by the buyer. However, you can't change the item cost on an invoice....only the shipping cost.  If you want the buyer to pay less you would have to change the price on the listing, have the buyer use the offer function or make one listing specifically them.
