Hi. A buyer purchased an item and then sent a message that the Best
Offer of $240.00 didn't go through and she was charged the full asking
price of $284.95. The actual processing of the payment doesn't finish
until the next day, although I'm supposed...
I am not getting the "Send Offer" tab to buyers watching. Stop working
in the last couple of days. Phoned eBay they said it would be fixed.
