Hi.
A buyer purchased an item and then sent a message that the Best Offer of $240.00 didn't go through and she was charged the full asking price of $284.95. The actual processing of the payment doesn't finish until the next day, although I'm supposed to ship it today. The buyer wants to know if I'd refund the difference, $44.95 or should she cancel the sale? If I refund the difference could she cancel the sale anyway and keep the refund? The person only has 3 feedbacks and one sale is current. The other two were last year.
