i've been negative feedback bombed by a buyer and would like to clear this up please

Seller claims they sold the item a few days ago and didn't cancel transaction.

I don't believe they sold the item a few days ago. I believe the item sold for a low price and they didn't want to ship the item. I believe they are commiting fraud. I don't think they should be able to sell on e-bay ever again!
