i've been negative feedback bombed by a buyer and would like to clear this up please

It appears that the Buyer's multiple duplicate Feedback implies you two agreed to combine shipping ... did you actually do that but did not follow through with refunding the shipping overage?

One issue, even if you get things worked out, with the Buyer is that Sellers can only send 5 Feedback revision requests per year ...

Even if you have that particular buyer's negative feedback removed/revised, you have other numerous negative feedback on your profile.
