What percentage of the purchase price should be refunded when a NWT item
is returned in the original condition but without the tags still
attached? I offer free shipping for all sales and most returns.
Someone messaged me and asked what I looked like. I do not use my
picture on my profile. Should I just not reply or is this something that
should be addressed with eBay?
When “Time Away” is active, what do you do when you receive messages
from your buyers stating “My item hasn’t shipped! When will I receive
it?” The auto reply in “Time Away” seems to only apply to not answering
messages while seller is away.
