I also have no problem with giving the refund without even returning the
item. Its the fact that negative feedback was left and the promise to
remove this after refund is the part i do not trust at this point.
The item broke when she used it, and i am not the first person she has
claimed an item broke upon receiving it. I looked at feedback she has
left for others and has left the same feedback for at least 6 sellers as
i can see.
