I am a very occasional seller and as such I do not foresee me ever
passing 200 transactions or $20,000 of income in a year from it which is
actually when they would NEED it. Seems like it would make a lot less
waves if they just said you couldn’t pas...

PayPal is never asked me for my Social Security number. maybe I joined
them before they asked for it and I was grandfathered in or something
