I have under 250 current listings, was being charged .35 for relisting items, so I decided to bite the bullet and open a store I picked the Basic option and was under the impression I was able to get 1000 listings...NO! I was charged .25 for listing ...

I just signed up for an eBay store because I was being charged .35 for everything renewing. So, wow, I thought I had a 1000 listing, (i still had under 250). I listed with confidence that I had that amount left to list and, really? I was charged .25 ...
