OVER! IT WAS A CHROME CAR PART AND IS BENT SO ITS UNSABLE. ISN'T FEDEX

I shipped a heavy item with fedex and it looks like they ran over it.
I've tried to put a claim in to fedex. It was brand new in the box when
I shipped it. i put in the claim but haven't heard a word and its

Yes. I went to the store and they gave me a phone number and told me to
go home and do it on line!!! Some help. I have finally got notice that
they have the claim for $120 but NOT going to reimburse me the shipping
I paid!!
