I ship a lot of medium box USPS priority mail and sometimes it cost
$19.20 and sometimes $18.20, often one after another at the same times.
I thought Priority Mail was a flat rate only depending on box size.
Why would anyone list any fixed price GTC listings until you tell them
which item specifics you are suddenly going to require in which
categories?? That's just nuts. It's not like on unique listings you can
simply bulk edit item specifics.
I wouldn't even think of making a serious offer on a collection of
12,000 postcards without seeing them. If you sell them that way you will
probably be shorting yourself.
The new eBay shipping label for trading cards & postcards for 73cents
disappeared from the purchase label page. Other sellers noted it gone

Postcards new item specifics are too many and a lot are things not
really applicable to antique postcards. Such as "Era" is only as related
to the World Wars ??? Will be very tedious listed cards going all these
