I was referring to eBay filing an insurance claim to recover the losses paid out to sellers who get to keep the funds from the sale. A little fishy when PB works for them and items are turning up missing, then reappear on your platform 3 months later

It was allowed to said country and the buyer NEVER RECEIVED IT. It was taken and resold by eBay with no explanation why I could not have it back or why my buyer could not receive it.

The main issue here is that eBay constantly "sells" Global Shipping and Buyer Seller Protection so that when things go wrong, they have your back. They FAILED MISERABLY on both. Ebay does not have a clue what Global Shipping does and I have been told...
